Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your items to return them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.
- In the original packaging, if possible.
- Returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
How to Initiate a Return

- The item(s) you’d like to return
- A brief explanation of why you’re returning the item(s)
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same procedure as a return and place a new order for the desired item(s). We will be happy to assist you with the return of the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items

Late or Missing Refunds
